Although Danny has dabbled in art, design and the horticultural magazine industry; making gardens - for himself and others - has been the one constant for 40 years. Experienced in softening London clients’ small, urban gardens he's branching out into larger spaces following a relocation to rural East Sussex.
A creative, naturalistic garden and border designer - he’s influenced by the multi-layered, meadow-like plantings from Dan Pearson, James Hitchmough, Noel Kingsbury, Piet Oudolf, Henk Gerritsen, Hermanshoff, Beth Chatto, Christopher Lloyd at Great Dixter, and of course nature itself.
